Our commitment

Click IT is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we test and improve the site on an ongoing basis.

What we've built in

• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
• A skip-to-content link at the top of every page
• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer, nav) and descriptive headings
• Labels and error messages on all form fields
• Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA wherever practical
• Support for reduced-motion preferences - animation is reduced or disabled
• No autoplaying audio or video
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
• Accessible mega-menus, accordions and dialogs with keyboard and screen-reader support

Known limitations

We're always working to improve. Some decorative animated elements may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies, and third-party services we link to may have their own accessibility gaps. Where we identify issues, we prioritise fixing them.
