Solutions
Technology solutions built around your business.
Click IT designs, builds and supports software for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected systems or off the shelf tools. We work on four things: improving day to day operations, connecting systems so information flows, developing digital products you can sell or scale, and turning the data you already hold into decisions people can act on.
Everything is delivered by the same Tauranga based team, whether it is a short automation project or a multi year product roadmap. Scope is agreed in writing before development starts, and you own the result.
Twelve solutions, seven categories
Find the solution that matches what you need
Each category groups work that tends to be delivered together. Every solution has its own page covering what is included, how it integrates and what an engagement can look like.
AI & Business Automation
Applied machine learning and workflow automation, built around the records and systems you already run.
Application & Product Development
Web, mobile and subscription software designed, built and handed over by one accountable team.
Commerce & Delivery Platforms
Selling, ordering and fulfilment systems that keep stock, payments and customers in step.
Data & Database Management
Databases that stay fast, recoverable and properly controlled as the business grows.
Industry Software
Software shaped around how retail, finance and healthcare organisations actually operate.
Cloud & Modernisation
Assess, improve and migrate existing applications and infrastructure without a disruptive rebuild.
Development Teams
Additional engineering capacity that works inside your process, with documentation at handover.
Business outcomes
What this work is usually for
These are the outcomes our clients tend to be chasing. They are described as direction rather than as measured results, because every engagement starts from a different place.
Less repetitive administration
Move routine data entry, document handling and status chasing into software that does the work consistently.
Better reporting and visibility
Give managers one place to see what is happening, instead of reconciling exports from several systems by hand.
Connected systems
Link the tools you already use so a change in one place reaches the others without a person re-keying it.
Better customer experience
Portals, ordering and tracking that let customers self serve and see progress without phoning the office.
New digital products
Take a product idea through discovery, build, launch and improvement with one team accountable for it.
Replacing manual processes
Retire the spreadsheets, shared mailboxes and paper forms that have become the real operating system.
How we work
A delivery approach that keeps you in the picture
Every engagement follows the same shape, scaled to the size of the work. Scope and timing are agreed once requirements are understood, so you are never promised a date before anyone has looked properly.
- 1
Discovery
We interview the people doing the work, review the systems and data involved, and write down what success looks like in plain language.
- 2
Solution design
You get a proposed scope: what is included, what is deliberately left for later, how data moves, and the decisions we need from you.
- 3
Build and regular review
Work is delivered in reviewable increments. You see working software during the project, not only at the end.
- 4
Validation
We test against the agreed scope with real examples from your business, and hand over to the people who will use it every day.
- 5
Deployment
Release planning, data migration checks, access setup and documentation so the system can be supported properly.
- 6
Ongoing improvement
After launch we keep improving what the live system tells us, or hand the codebase over to your team if you prefer.

Verified work you can look at now
Rather than describe results we cannot evidence, here is something you can use yourself. This is a working demonstration running on generated example data, not a client system.
Questions
Answers before you talk to us
The questions we are asked most often about scoping, integrations, ownership and support.
Tell us what is not working and how the process runs today. We will ask about the systems and data involved, then come back with a proposed scope and a clear indication of what it involves before any development starts.
Usually, yes. We look at what integration options each system provides, such as an API, a data export, a webhook or a supported file format. Where a system does not offer a supported way in, we will tell you that early rather than work around it silently.
No. Many projects connect to existing systems, add a layer in front of them, or modernise the parts that are holding you back. Replacing something is a decision we will put to you with reasons, not a default.
You do. Code written for you is yours, and we provide the documentation and access you need to run or hand it on, whether or not you continue working with us.
Yes. Support and ongoing improvement are agreed separately from the build, with the arrangement written down so responsibilities are clear on both sides.
Scope is agreed first, then quoted. Once requirements are understood we can quote fixed scope work or an ongoing engagement, whichever suits the project. We do not put firm pricing on a project before the requirements are clear.
Next step
Tell us what you are trying to solve
Describe the process, product or problem in your own words. We will come back with questions, then a proposed approach and scope. There is no obligation and no cost to that first conversation.
