Add-Ins · E-commerce integration
E-commerce Integrations Built Around Your Business.
We develop integrations for the platforms you already sell on and for the custom applications behind them. That covers B2B purchasing portals with account pricing, B2C online stores, supplier catalogues, marketplaces, and the business systems that keep the numbers straight.
Every connection depends on what the systems allow: available APIs, data feeds, platform permissions and the account access you can provide. We assess each one before quoting, and we say plainly when a system has no supported way in.
Platforms, suppliers and marketplaces named on this page are examples of integration targets we can assess. Availability depends on your account, region, plan and the interfaces that system provides.
01 · Capability
Supplier and distributor integration
We connect your purchasing to the catalogues your suppliers publish, so product data, cost and availability arrive in your own system rather than in a spreadsheet someone updates by hand.
- Product catalogue imports from supplier feeds and systems, including Ingram Micro Xvantage where your account, region and the available integration services support it
- Product names, descriptions, specifications, brands, SKUs and manufacturer part numbers
- Product images and supporting documents, where their use is permitted by the supplier
- Supplier pricing and stock availability
- Category mapping and product matching between supplier catalogues and your own records
- Purchase order submission and fulfilment updates, where the supplier supports them
- Scheduled synchronisation, or event-based updates where the supplier offers them
What this depends on
Supplier capabilities differ. Each connection depends on the access your account carries, the region you trade in, the permissions you have been granted and the integration services the supplier has enabled, so not every item above is available through every supplier. Where a supplier only publishes scheduled files, updates arrive in batches rather than instantly.
02 · Capability
B2B e-commerce
For trade customers, the store has to behave differently for every account. We build the account logic so pricing, approvals and purchasing terms work the way your customers expect.
- Business customer accounts and purchasing portals
- Customer-specific pricing and negotiated price lists
- Bulk ordering and quantity discounts
- Quote requests and quote-to-order workflows
- Purchase order references captured on the order
- Account approval and role-based access for staff and buyers
- Credit terms and account purchasing, where these are integrated with your finance system
- GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive price display, applied consistently per customer
03 · Capability
B2C e-commerce
For consumer stores, the work is in keeping the catalogue, the checkout and the fulfilment queue consistent, especially when the same stock is for sale in more than one place.
- Product catalogue publishing
- Stock and pricing updates
- Product variations and category management
- Order and fulfilment workflows
- Shipping and tracking integration
- Promotions and customer notifications
- Mobile-friendly shopping experiences
04 · Capability
Marketplace integration
Trade Me is the marketplace we connect most often for New Zealand sellers. Custom integrations can publish, update and reconcile listings without someone working through them by hand.
- Publishing and updating listings
- Mapping store products to marketplace categories
- Synchronising available inventory
- Applying channel-specific pricing rules
- Importing orders into a central system
- Updating fulfilment and tracking, where the marketplace supports it
- Reducing overselling through inventory controls and synchronisation
What this depends on
Every marketplace sets its own limits: listing allowances, fees, category rules, seller eligibility and API rate limits. We work within them, report what was rejected and why, and do not present a connection as available until it has been tested with your seller account.
05 · Capability
ERP and accounting integration
Orders mean little until they reach the system that invoices them. We connect your store to the accounting, ERP, CRM, warehouse and fulfilment systems you run, so the same transaction is not entered twice.
- Customers and account records
- Sales orders and purchase orders
- Invoices and credit notes
- Product and stock records
- Tax mappings and payment status
- Dispatch and fulfilment updates
- Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business systems, as examples of integrations we can assess
06 · Capability
Custom add-ins for other platforms
Beyond store platforms, we build extensions and connectors for the systems your business already depends on, including the ones nobody else wants to touch.
- WooCommerce
- Shopify
- Magento and Adobe Commerce
- BigCommerce
- Custom-built websites and applications
- Supplier portals
- Internal business systems
- Legacy systems that provide suitable integration access
Tell us what you use and what you want connected. We can assess the platform and design an integration around your requirements.
Controls
Product data and pricing controls
The rules below are configurable, so the same product can be sold through several channels without losing track of what it cost, what it should sell for, and where it came from.
- Internal product SKU mapping, while supplier identifiers are retained in the backend for reordering and matching
- Multiple suppliers linked to a single product, with a preferred supplier rule
- Duplicate detection and catalogue cleanup
- Price markups, minimum margins and channel-specific rules
- Correct handling of GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive supplier data
- Separate handling of cost price, selling price and recommended retail price
- Out-of-stock and zero-price product controls
- Product exclusions and publishing approvals
- Synchronisation schedules, logs and error notifications
How rules are applied
Rules are agreed with you and tested against a sample of real products before they apply to the whole catalogue.
Optional
AI-assisted features
AI is optional here. Where it helps, it is used to prepare work for a person to approve, not to publish or price products on its own.
- Suggesting product categories
- Matching similar products across supplier catalogues
- Identifying incomplete or inconsistent product information
- Drafting product descriptions for review
- Flagging unusual price and stock changes
Each of these requires validation against your own data and business rules. Suggestions are presented for approval, and nothing is published, priced or ordered without a person confirming it.
How the data moves
One picture of the integration
Suppliers, your online store, marketplaces and your business systems, with the direction each record travels. Nothing is published, priced or posted without the approvals you set.

- 2Your store publishes listings to the marketplaces you sell on, with channel pricing applied.
- 3Marketplace orders, fees and tracking updates arrive in one order and fulfilment queue.
- 4Sales, invoices and payment status flow from your store into accounting, ERP, CRM and warehouse systems.
- 5Stock records and fulfilment status come back from those systems to the order queue.
- 6Anything that cannot be matched confidently is held in a review queue for a person to check.
- 7Checked entries are returned to the business systems, so the records stay consistent.
How it works
Discover, connect, configure, test, then launch
E-commerce integrations are built in the same five steps as every other Add-In. The discovery step is where we establish what each platform, supplier and marketplace actually allows.
Discover
We map your store, suppliers, marketplaces and business systems, then document what each one exposes and where the manual work sits today.
Connect
Store, supplier and marketplace accounts are connected through supported authentication with the permissions the integration needs, nothing more.
Configure
Category mapping, pricing rules, GST treatment, B2B account pricing and publishing approvals are configured and reviewed with you.
Test
A sample of products is published, ordered and invoiced end to end, so pricing, stock and accounting entries can be checked before go live.
Launch and support
Channels are enabled one at a time, with logs, error notifications and a review queue, and the rules adjusted as your product range changes.
B2B & B2C E-commerce Integration questions
No. We integrate with the platform you sell on today wherever it provides a supported way in. If we believe the platform itself is holding the business back, we will tell you during discovery and let you decide.
Where your platform supports customer groups or price lists, yes. Where it does not, we can build the account logic in a custom application or in the layer between the store and your systems.
It is one of the supplier systems we assess, and it is available where your account, region and the integration services enabled for that account support it. We confirm what your account provides before committing to anything.
Trade Me is the one we connect most often for New Zealand sellers. Other marketplaces can be assessed and connected according to their APIs, seller eligibility, permissions and integration requirements.
We do not claim certification, partnership or endorsement by any platform, supplier or marketplace. Where a platform has an app review or partner process, we work through it as part of the project.
They stay in a review queue with the reason recorded, rather than being posted with a guess. Each exception shows what arrived, what was expected, and which rule applied.
